Someone is stunned, someone is shocked, but everyone is loving Anna's performance in the Vishal Verma's "Ye Raat" Music Video alongside Kaizan
(Tarun Mishra). Her Green Bodycon dress is not letting people take their eyes of her. As Anna is set to appear in the Pop Nation Girls September Edition, we sat down with her for a small Q/A session.
Annapurna Bamezai has been creating a name recently after featuring in Vishal Verma and Kaizan’s Collaboration “Ye Raat”. Natively hailing from Kashmir, Annapurna is one of the most gorgeous and glamorous upcoming models out there currently. As she describes hereself more of an actor over a model, she has done Graduation from AAFT(Asian Academy of Film and Television) an Acting school in Noida. She has previously featured in the song “Criminal” by AV Music during her AAFT days. Apart from “Ye Raat” She has previously also featured alongside Kaizan (Tarun Mishra) in 2 of India’s Most Wanted. She is a party animal but a gunine hard worker as well and makes the most out of her shoots. She is also breaking the Taboo of Bold Scenes in Indian Music videos.

Pop Nation - First of all welcome to the Pop Nation Anna, Is this your first interview or you have you given some interviews before ?
Anna -”This is the first but definitely not the last interview, previously I have given audition like interviews also for a reality show too but I guess it didn't worked. Though, that was for couples and being single I can't make it”
Pop Nation - Nice, so how many music videos have you done before "Ye Raat" ?
Anna - I have done 4 music videos. 1 was Criminal by AV music, another one I did for a college project. and two of them are with Tarun.
Pop Nation - You looked absolutely stunning in Ye Raat though and congratulations on crossing 1 lakh mark...tell us about how you made up your mind that modelling and acting is something you wanted to pursue ?
Anna - Now this was the decision I took when I felt to be a part of this journey of Film Making. Suddenly my whole perception changed while watching a movie or series and to be a part of it. It just happened
Pop Nation - What is your take on Love ?
Anna - “I feel love is when you don't cage the bird and let them fly or when you accept the nature of fish to stay and live happily in water. My soo thoughts...i am so connected to nature.”
Pop Nation - And how do you deal with boys who go crazy for you ?
Anna -”What I am not looking for, I would not go that path. I am a focused person. There are so many girls out there, I just back off.”

Pop Nation - You have no issues in doing Bold scenes too ? Because many new comers are very restricted with they want to do on the screen, But you seemed to be comfortable with it.
Anna - Since I am so dedicated to my work, it doesn’t matter. When I was in college, in my acting classes, one of our lecturers taught us some exercises and theories of acting, one of them is by Stanislavski's method acting in which the actor puts themselves in the mindset of the character finding things in common in order to convey the "truth" of the character.
Pop Nation - And how do you make yourself comfortable with your counterpart in such situations ? Do you talk to them and set the chemistry or you let the other person let it do for you ?
Anna - “For a good act both actors should be comfortable, like we have to make a chemistry for a good shot.”
Pop Nation - Most of the parents don’t allow their kids to be in the Entertainment Industry, how did you convince them for it ?
Anna - “Most of people can't follow their passion sadly, but actually it was my dad himself who took me to the film school, so we are both glad I am following my passion”
Pop Nation - What is the main goal, like everyone has a particular aim that they want to achieve, what is that Aim for you ?
Anna - “I am a journey person, when you want to claim aim it is for one thing you are going on and on, I love this journey of acting, knowing new minds, and it is not that bad.
Pop Nation - Which is your favourite drink and why ?
Anna - “Lemonade because it boosts the immune system, decreases stress and diseases se protect karta hai so I love lemon ” (laughs)
Pop Nation - Your fav actress that you admire and her most favourite film
Anna - “Emilia Jones, I connected with her movie CODA in which she is deaf and a dreamer, and no matter what came
Pop Nation - We have heard you have a specific interest in animie series. Where did that come from ?
Anna - In my childhood days I started watching some anime series with my brother, we always use to play that attack and defence game, when in dragon ball z goku use to do kame-haame-haa, I use to do krillin's fav move destructo disc, it can slice through any substance (laughs)
Pop Nation - Your favourite series or film and why ?
Anna - “As my fav. Genre is fiction so one of my fav. Movie, which I can watch everyday without getting bored is Spirited Away. .”
Pop Nation - You have any upcoming projects that you wanna let the readers know about ?
Anna - “I am trying for movies let's see what is next turn in this journey”
Pop Nation - Are they also gonna be a little bold or we should expect something else ?
Anna - “I can't say what is coming next but I am fully prepared for the next chapter.”
Pop Nation - One last Question - Which is the Sexiest City in the World according to you ?
Anna - “The "Entertainment Capital of the World", Las Vegas”
