Reports have surfaced indicating that Munmun Dutta, best known for her portrayal of Babita Ji, and Raj Anadkat, formerly recognized for his role as Tappu, have advanced their relationship to the next level by formalizing their engagement.

As per a report by News18 Showsha, Munmun, aged 36, and Raj, aged 27, solemnized their commitment in a private ceremony held earlier this month in Gujarat, where their families were in attendance.

Speculations regarding the romantic association between the two actors have been circulating for some time, with insiders disclosing that their families have long embraced their bond. A close source to the actors shared with News18, "The engagement took place just a few days back. The two apparently exchanged rings in Vadodara (Gujarat). Munmun and Raj’s families have accepted their relationship and they were also present at the ceremony."

Further insights from the source shed light on the timeline of their relationship, stating, "They have been dating ever since Raj joined Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It was very evident. Everyone on the sets knew about it. In fact, some people were certain that Munmun and Raj would get married eventually. Therefore, it is not shocking that they are engaged now."

Despite the widespread reports, neither Munmun nor Raj has officially confirmed their engagement, maintaining a level of discretion regarding their personal affairs. Details regarding their wedding plans remain undisclosed, leaving fans curious about their future together.
