In the latest dissemination of the 32nd edition of "Voice of Khurasan," an online magazine associated with the Islamic State (ISIS), the terrorist group issued explicit threats targeting Hindus.

The release, circulated on various social media and dark web platforms on January 30th, specifically mentioned concerns related to the illegal construction of Babri, the Gujarat Riots in 2002, and other contentious issues.

In an article titled "Would you desire me to slay him?" the magazine referenced the National Institute of Technology (Srinagar) incident involving a Hindu student accused of blasphemy for sharing a video critical of Prophet Muhammad. The student faced widespread protests at NIT Srinagar, leading to an FIR despite not being the video's creator.

The Hindu student, in a relationship with a Muslim student at the institute, had to leave Kashmir due to harassment from Islamists. Following the controversy, several Hindu students were relocated from Srinagar. Despite not engaging in inappropriate behavior, ISIS highlighted the incident, viewing it as a "clear provocation to war" in a region where Muslims form the majority.

ISIS asserted that this boldness in expressing opinions suggests a shift in Kashmir, where non-Muslims, particularly Hindus, once concealed their views due to fear. The terror organization claimed that attacks on Muslims in Hindu-dominated cities, orchestrated by groups like the RSS, encompass economic, physical, and psychological dimensions.

The magazine referenced an incident in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman was accidentally shot in the head by an Assistant Inspector during passport verification at a police station. Although evidence suggests it was an unfortunate accident, ISIS portrayed it as a case of government employees versus Muslims.

The article concluded with a threat of "Sar Tan Se Juda" (slaughter), accompanied by a picture of an ISIS terrorist with a knife and a kneeled captive. The threat echoed the statements of terrorist Fahad Tanveer Shaikh, known as Abu Umar Al-Hindi, who previously issued threats against Hindus. The magazine highlighted the words of Aman Naeem Tandel, another ISIS member, emphasizing the intent to avenge incidents like the Babri Masjid demolition and killings in Kashmir, Gujarat, and Muzaffarnagar.
