According to the Daily Star newspaper, Ke$ha shared that she turns off all the lights, walks over to the piano naked, and then gently lowers her breasts onto the keys. She described the process as her breasts "tickling the ivories" and going "crazy," which presumably leads to the creation of unique sounds.
