Red Bull's dominance continued with their seventh consecutive win of the season.

Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton, a seven-times world champion, finished a distant second, while his teammate George Russell secured the final spot on the podium on a cloudy yet dry day at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona.

Red Bull's Sergio Perez, Verstappen's closest competitor in the championship, fought his way up to fourth place after starting from 11th on the grid.

This triumph marked Verstappen's fifth win of the season, a remarkable achievement of three consecutive victories, and his 40th career triumph in Formula One.

Additionally, the Dutch driver earned an extra point for setting the fastest lap.
