The fear of Alonso is still on the grid as he cross the retirement age of 40 and still showing no signs of slowing down, forget about stopping. People who know the History of Formula 1 would have heard Fangio's name a lot . 5 time World Champion had dominated the early years of the Formula 1 in 50's and 60's. His record for 5 World titles stood for 46 years, before being broken by Michael Schumacher. There is a no Brainer that Fangio will always be the very first Legendary Icons of Formula 1.

Giles drove for the reigning world champions Ferrari for the end of the season and drove for the Italian team from 1978 until his death in 1982. He won six Grand Prix races in a short career at the highest level.Villeneuve died in a 140 mph (230 km/h) crash caused by a collision with the March car driven by Jochen Mass during qualifying for the 1982 Belgian Grand Prix at Zolder. . At the time of his death, Villeneuve was extremely popular with fans and has since become an iconic figure in the history of the sport. His son, Jacques Villeneuve, became Formula One World Champion in 1997 and, to date, the only Canadian to win the Formula One World Championship.

If you don't know who Lewis Hamilton is, you are probably not living on Earth. The 7 time World Champion stands neck to neck with Michael Schumacher's record of Highest Championship Winners of all time. Lewis Hamilton almost won the Championship in his debut year with Mclaren. He won the Championship first time with Mclaren in 2008. He switched to Mercedes in 2013 and since then, his dominance over the sport has made him a global superstar as he secured 6 World Championships in a span of 8 years.

Nikki Lauda is also called the Man with a "Golden Touch". When Ferrari signed him in his early days, he called the Ferrari Car a "Tractor" in front of Enzo Ferrari himself. Enzo gave him a challenge to build a Faster car with the same resources. AND HE DID. He then went on to Win 3 championships. His accident in a race almost lead to his death when he got 70 degree burns on his face. But, a gutsy Racer by Heart, he came back on the track just after a month. He was also responsible for bringing Lewis Hamilton to Mercedes which made Hamilton one of the Greatest Drivers Ever.

Whenever we talk about racing, Michael Schumacher is the first name that comes up in everyone's mind. He wasn't just a driver, he was a Leader in all aspects. He used to stay in the Garage till late nights with Engineers building a good car when Ferrari was not performing soo well. His years of Hard work paid when he was Unbeatable for 5 years straight with the Ferrari team and the Beast of a Car they had created. Michael's name has always been associated with "SPEED".

If it wouldn't been for Imola 1994 Tragedy, Ayrton could have denied Michael Schumacher, Mika Haikonnen etc. their championship runs. Senna was the greatest racing drivers of all time. In his Debut Race during the Monaco GP, he finished 2nd with a Car that was meant to come last. He would have finished first if it wasn't for the politics of the sport. Senna won 3 Championships and could have won more if the Sudden crash wouldn't have taken his life at the Imola GP.
