According to the latest UN report, Xi Jinping has also committed crimes against humanity by forcing millions of Uyghur Muslims into detention camps. He is also trying to be an absolute tyrant of the Republic of China by undermining the voting process of the CCP.
5. Joseph Stalin
Stalin rose to power against the wishes of his predecessor, communist revolutionary, Vladimir Lenin. He was initially a thug and rose to the ranks amongst the Bolsheviks even though Lenin wanted Trotsky to succeed him. The influence of Stalin amongst the Bolsheviks was so high that he vanished Trotsky after Lenin’s death and later killed him using a Soviet spy. Later, both the Director and Actress came out and told the world that they both have become North Korean citizens and then went on to create the greatest propaganda films that North Korea could ever see.
